Wise Up Monitoring and Evaluation Guideline

This M & E manual is prepared with the intent to facilitate a number of key activities in the management of Wise Up, i.e. supportive supervision and decision-making, through routine data gathering to inform implementers on project progress and facilitate learning. The manual is a product of an operations research engagement during the pilot phase of Wise Up.
